Rentease is a property management platform. You agree to use it legally and not to attempt to access other users' accounts.
Rentease is a management, organization, and information tool for property managers. It is not a legal, accounting, or professional advisory platform. It does not generate, draft, or approve lease agreements, and it does not replace legal, tax, or accounting advice. The user is responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including regulations regarding security deposits, leases, and taxes.
Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are evaluated within the first 7 days.
Rentease and its content are property of Franquez Management LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the software without authorization.
Rentease shall not be liable for indirect losses or consequential damages from use of the service.
Rentease does not guarantee compliance with local landlord-tenant laws, security deposit regulations, taxes, or any other applicable legal requirements. Such responsibility belongs exclusively to the user and their legal or accounting advisors.
